1.) What exactly is a Classroom Edition DVD?
Each Disney Educational Productions Classroom Edition DVD is created to help provide you with the tools you need to engage, inform, and inspire learners of all types. In addition to our top-quality programming that spans a variety of subject areas and grade levels, all Classroom Edition DVDs include the following:
- National Content Standards Correlation
- Educator's Guide
- Public Performance Rights


2.) What are Public Performance Rights? Can we show a Disney Educational Productions Classroom Edition DVD in our classroom?
Yes. Disney Educational Productions DVDs and videos are protected by copyright and other laws, and all rights there under are reserved by the copyright owner. Products sold on this website may be shown by non-profit educational institutions (or their equivalents) for face-to-face instructional purposes.

Purchase of products from this website also includes a license for transmission or broadcast within a single building or school campus, and for showing in connection with other non-teaching school-related activities, as long as no admission fee is charged.

Transmission or broadcasting into or beyond a school campus or its equivalent is strictly prohibited unless separately authorized by Disney. All other rights reserved. Any copying, or other unauthorized showing, broadcast or transmission, or other use is strictly prohibited.


3.) How do I access the Educator's Guide from my DVD?
The Educator's Guide is available via a file on your DVD. Please place your DVD into a computer and download the file onto your computer.


4.) Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes! Purchase orders can be used for any order purchased online or with a Customer Service Representative at our toll-free number (1-800-295-5010).

5.) Do you allow product previews?
Full program previews are not available; however, many products do have clips available to view on our website. We also have a Satisfaction Guarantee Policy that allows you to return any products if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please see our Return Policy for more details.

Shipping Rates & Policies

Standard Shipping and Handling
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Provided the item(s) ordered are in inventory, orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States, US Territories and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii.

Rush Shipping and Handling
Provided the item(s) ordered are in inventory, orders placed with Rush delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed with Rush delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.

Rush delivery to Rural Routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days.

Rush delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or P.O. Boxes.

Shipments to International Addresses
At this time, we are unable to accept or ship international orders.

Holiday Shipping
Orders placed after 3:00PM ET / 12:00 PM PT on December 22, 2009 will be processed starting December 28, 2009. Shipping and handling guidelines will apply thereafter.


Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return all materials within 30 days for a full credit or exchange. All returns should be shipped prepaid to:
