    SHIPPING AND HANDLING

     U.S. orders will be shipped FOB Elk Grove Village, IL, with shipping, handling, and insurance prepaid and added to the billing. In the U.S., 5% of the order total ($7.50 minimum) will be added to all orders for shipping and handling. All orders totaling more than $500 will be shipped for a flat shipping and handling charge of $25.00. Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery. Orders requiring rush shipments will be assessed a fee of $15 in addition to the normal shipping charge.

    “NO RISK” POLICY

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with the materials you purchase, return them within 30 days for a full credit or exchange. Materials must be returned in salable condition and with original invoice.

    COPYRIGHTS

     Disney videocassettes are protected by copyright and other laws, and all rights thereunder are reserved by the copyright owner. Disney videos sold in this catalog may be shown by nonprofit educational institutions (or their equivalents) for face-to-face instructional purposes. Purchase of videos also includes a license for transmission or broadcast within a single building or school campus, and for showing in connection with other nonteaching school-related activities, as long as no admission fee is charged. Transmission or broadcasting into or beyond a school campus or its equivalent is strictly prohibited unless separately authorized by Disney. All other rights reserved. Any copying or other unauthorized showing, broadcast, or transmission or other use is strictly prohibited.

    PURCHASE

    Disney videocassettes carry a “sale” price that is, by definition, a long-term lease. This lease is for the life of the print or duration of copyright, whichever comes first. All programs are available for purchase at the prices stated in this catalog (shipping and handling not included).

    DAMAGED OR WORN MATERIALS

    Customers are urged to inspect all purchased films immediately upon delivery. No returns are accepted after 30 days. Disney Educational Productions will replace a damaged videocassette at no charge if returned within thirty (30) days of receipt of the materials and with the original invoice. Worn videocassettes will be replaced by a new copy of the same videocassette at a 20% discount from the current catalog price. Replacement videocassettes are subject to availability of the videocassette in the current catalog. A request for a replacement videocassette must be accompanied by the worn videocassette. In the case of a lost or stolen videocassette, a copy of the original invoice must accompany the request.

    DISCUSSION GUIDES

    Discussion guides are available for most Disney titles, except those that are withdrawn. One guide comes with each videocassette. Customers are authorized to reproduce guides to meet their requirements.

    PRICES AND TERMS

     Prices are effective August 15, 2002, and are subject to change without notice. Terms of payment are net 30 days.

    TAXES

    Customers are liable for all applicable state, local, and county taxes not exempted by law.
